Starting on June 12 and through July 23, Main Library will offer a nurse on-site! Your Library Nurse – Hannah Noel-Bouchard – will be at the Main Library this summer for a 6-week program that aims to improve the health of the community. On Thursdays, Hannah will be joined by Fetter Health Care Network’s Outreach Team, who can provide clinic enrollment and appointments for new and existing patients, case management, and other health services!

What Can Your Library Nurse Do For You?

Check your Blood Pressure (BP) and help to start a self-monitoring BP program.

Provide personalized education on Diabetes, Hypertension (High BP), Heart Disease, Nutrition, and other health topics.

Connect you to community resources for health and social support, like housing assistance, job resources, and mental health, medical, and dental care.

What Your Library Nurse CAN NOT Do For You.

Your Library Nurse cannot diagnose, provide treatment or prescribe medication. Call 911 or contact your medical provider in case of emergencies.
