Join Lowcountry Food Bank to learn how to shop smart and healthy while on a budget. In this 90-minute class, participants will become familiar with the different sections of a typical grocery store and where to find healthy and affordable options, and will learn useful tips for reading nutrition labels. Each participant will leave the program with a free bag of groceries or a $10 gift card for a local grocery store. This program will be offered at multiple branches throughout the year.
