CHARLESTON, S.C. - Charleston County Public Library and hoopla are offering a new collection library card holders can access with their account. Bonus Borrows includes more than 1,000 top titles and favorite anyone can check out and download immediately - without using up your monthly borrow limit!
The Bonus Borrows collection is available until April 30.
