Charleston County Public Library (CCPL) is in the process of developing a new strategic plan which will span 2025-2030. We want to hear from you! We're gathering feedback that will help us plan programs and services and help shape the future of our core service areas: Literacy, Community Engagement, Educational Success, Equity, and Workforce Development.
