Join us at select CCPL branches as we move our bodies while exploring shapes and yoga postures. We will paint pictures in our minds, practice affirmations and breath work. The stories or poems, many with no photos and related to art and yoga in theme, will have kids creating the pictures in their imaginations. We may even act some out!
