CHARLESTON, S.C. - Two Charleston County Public Library locations are closed on Thursday, while three others have delayed openings, due to impacts from Tropical Storm Elsa.
The St. Paul's Hollywood and Edisto Island libraries are closed.
The Village, McClellanville, and Wando Mount Pleasant libraries will open at 1 p.m. Thursday.
All branches are expected to resume normal operating hours on Friday, July 9. Book drops will remain open while branches are closed. All other CCPL branches will operate on their normal schedules (visit ccpl.org/branches for branch hours).
