The Youth Area fundraising goal is to locate the youth departments on the same floor, developing the spaces with each age group for children, pre-teen and teen patrons, with a dedicated caregiver area. This space includes:

• Children’s Library (age 0-9+)
• Pre-Teen Area (8-11+)
• Teen Room (12-18)
• Youth Maker Space  
• Interactive features
• Computers for public use
• Study spaces
• Storytime room
• Caregiver area with computers, study area and furnishing for adult use
• New furniture and shelving for reading and study areas
